Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: client service experience, ability to build trusted relationships, clear communication, problem resolution, teamwork to deliver seamless service.
• Must be able to learn products and procedures quickly and accurately.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through the lobby experience.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance including opening new accounts and regulatory compliance.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help meet financial goals.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank policies.
