Qualifications

• Customer service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn banking products and procedures quickly.
• Willingness to work part-time in a fast-paced branch.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools such as mobile apps and online banking.
• Build relationships and collaborate with branch teammates to help clients reach their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank procedures.
