Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to join the Akron area branch network. This 30-hour, part-time role focuses on welcoming clients, guiding them through banking solutions, and delivering attentive service to help customers reach financial goals.

You will open accounts, educate clients on mobile banking, and collaborate with the branch team to provide seamless, compliant service while building trusted relationships in a dynamic community bank environment.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by assisting with account servicing and opening new accounts while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and mobile/self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch team to meet goals.
• Perform branch operations and adhere to bank policies and procedures.
