The role focuses on delivering friendly, knowledgeable client service, facilitating new accounts, and guiding customers with digital banking tools to meet their financial goals. You will join the Consumer & Community Banking team, supporting branch operations and contributing to a welcoming, efficient customer experience.

Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
Ability to work collaboratively with branch team to meet goals.
Detail-oriented with ability to follow policies and procedures.
Comfort with technology and willingness to use banking tools.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships with clients and collaborate with the team to achieve financial goals.
Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with policies.
