Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and using a tablet to manage lobby flow and scheduling.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships through active listening and product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
