Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by handling account servicing, maintenance, and new accounts in line with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank policies.
