Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions using technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and related duties, adhering to procedures.
