Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Banker for the Southern Salt Lake Valley area at 30 hours per week. The role focuses on welcoming clients, opening accounts, and using Chase digital tools to help customers manage their finances.

You will build trusted relationships, provide tailored product knowledge, and assist with branch operations while delivering friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to bank policies.
