Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and maintain a welcoming environment, managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking, mobile app usage, and self-service tools.
• Build relationships through active listening and product knowledge to help clients reach goals.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
