Early Learning Company is seeking an assistant teacher to support two childcare brands. You will help implement curriculum, maintain a safe, nurturing environment, and assist with daily activities and behavior guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children is preferred but not required.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for assistant teachers.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within designated timeframe).
• Ability to actively engage with children, including active movement and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with families and staff.
• Commitment to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
