Job summary

Acima is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager in Norcross, GA to support the Store Manager in account management and sales while delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment. You will process credit turn-downs and web orders with Acima retailers, convert applicants into Acima customers, and educate customers on leasing benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in account management and sales activities.
• Process credit turn-down applications and web orders with Acima retailers.
• Promote and explain Acima's leasing benefits to customers.
• Drive conversions by reviewing lease applications and closing sales.
• Collaborate with partner stores and report performance to the Store Manager.
