Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as part of daily tasks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills are required.
• Experience managing retail, grocery, or drug store operations is preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Educational background: high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Support the Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates.
