Pacsun Houston is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, sales-driven, profitable store. You will motivate the team, uphold policy, and ensure day-to-day operations meet brand standards.

As part of the Pacsun leadership team, you will coach associates, manage tasks, and maintain visual standards while delivering an engaging customer experience in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in leading a customer focused, top-line sales driven, profitable and productive store location.
• Inspire and motivate others by exhibiting core value behaviors and customer focused selling culture.
• Ensure execution of the store's KPIs and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coach and provide feedback on Sales Associate performance and support engagement.
