Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and frequent walking/standing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Handle payroll, scheduling, cash deposits and receipts, and loss prevention tasks.
• Support Store Manager in supervising and developing Store Associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, and ensure doors/windows fixtures are in good condition.
