Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and processing damaged merchandise; payroll, scheduling, and cash handling where applicable.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom; protect store assets.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates; enforce safety and policies.
