The role requires strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a high-energy team setting. This is a part-time position based on in-store duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits.
• Keep store areas well-stocked and organized; protect store assets and cash.
• Uphold store policies, safety guidelines, and professional conduct.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates; foster a positive environment.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentability throughout the store.
• Other duties as assigned.
