Dollar Tree in Billings, MT is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help with daily tasks, assist customers, organize merchandise, and participate in opening/closing procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, store management experience preferred, and strong communication and leadership skills. You must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a fast‑paced, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise and stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention duties.
• Maintain clean, organized store areas and secure assets.
• Train and develop Store Associates; promote a safe work environment.
