Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and be able to stand, walk, and bend as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Supervise and train store associates and maintain a safe, friendly environment.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom according to company standards.
