Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Willing to teach others how to sell and lead a team.
• Open/close the store and work alone at times.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales on the computer and handle cash/credit cards.
• Restock the sales floor and keep it clean and organized.
• Teach others how to perform tasks and lead the team on duty.
• Lead the team to deliver the best customer sales experience.
• Make bank deposits and process incoming freight.
• Set the sales floor as shipments arrive.
