Family Dollar in Georgetown, IN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with merchandise organization, payroll and scheduling, and loss prevention while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking/stooping.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily store operations and activities.
• Help customers with questions in a friendly manner.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and secure assets.
• Ensure policy compliance and safety guidelines.
• Train and develop Store Associates and supervise as needed.
• Maintain safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Keep store restrooms clean and restocked.
• Other duties as assigned.
