Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are required.
• Previous store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and supervise others.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize, transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and related communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures, displays, and stock areas to company standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll and scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Supervise, train, and develop store associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
