Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating tasks with Store Manager, supervising associates, ensuring safety and accuracy in cash handling, and protecting store assets while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks as part of duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist with merchandising and moving merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and process corporate directives.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness; support loss prevention and record-keeping.
