Goodwill of the Heartland is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to support a friendly retail team serving shoppers and donors in Richland Township, IA. ASMs help maintain an inviting store, mentor staff, and ensure safe, smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes leadership development, with one year of related full-time experience preferred and a rotating schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• One year of full-time employment in a related field.
• Former supervisory experience preferred.
• Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Background screening: valid Iowa driver's license, auto insurance, MVR and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in training team members and completing documentation.
• Provide supervision in the Store Manager's absence.
• Help maintain an attractive, neatly merchandised store and safe environment.
