Goodwill of the Heartland is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager in the Iowa City store. The ASM will lead a team, maintain an inviting store, and support the Store Manager with training, documentation, and safety. • One year of full-time employment in a related field.
• Former supervisory experience preferred.
• Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Background screening: valid Iowa driver's license, auto insurance, motor vehicle record, and criminal background check.

• Assist Store Manager in training of team members and completing documentation.
• Ensure safety of team and customers and maintain store standards when needed.
