Job summary

Store Space Self Storage is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to lead front-line operations at our Seffner, FL location. You will drive rentals, provide exceptional service, handle cash, and ensure adherence to policies in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has customer-service experience and strong computer skills, with a valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations. This part-time role offers growth opportunities in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (i.e., retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management).
• 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling) experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
• Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.
• Valid car insurance with your name listed on the policy.
• Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods.
• Able to operate POS and other typical office machines.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required

• Increasing sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling.
