Job summary
Store Space Self Storage in St. Petersburg, FL seeks a motivated Assistant Store Manager for a part-time role at $16.00 per hour. You will help run daily operations, assist customers, and drive rentals and upsells in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, front desk, site management).
- 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling).
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods.
- Able to operate POS and typical office machines.
- Ability to travel between multiple locations.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Increasing sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries.
- Cash handling, reporting, and daily deposits.
- Maintaining company standards and adhering to policies.
