Store Space Self Storage in Ellenton, FL is seeking a part-time Assistant Store Manager to lead front-line operations with a customer-first mindset. The role offers an hourly rate of $16.00 and opportunities to grow within a dynamic, service-oriented company.

You will increase rentals, manage daily facility tasks, handle cash and deposits, and deliver outstanding service. Candidates should have 2+ years in customer service, 1+ year in sales, and a valid driver’s license; bilingual

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling) experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation.
• Valid car insurance with your name listed on the policy.
• Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods.
• Able to operate POS and other typical office machines.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Increasing sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling.
• Facility management: clean bathrooms, hallways, lobby, etc.
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries.
• Cash handling, reporting, and daily deposits.
• Maintaining company standards and adhering to policies.
