Job summary

Lids Sports Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Albertville, Minnesota. Base pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with a focus on people leadership, training, and delivering high-quality customer service in a retail environment.

You will oversee staffing, training, store operations, and customer experience while ensuring compliance with company standards and policies, reporting to the Store Manager in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer concerns.
• Lead team through LIDS training programs and set goals.
• Recruiting and training store personnel; enforce policies and procedures.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and daily till audits.
• Prepare store for inventory and ensure VM compliance.
