Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention; payroll and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom according to company standards.
• Supervise, train, and develop store associates.
