The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) plays a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in our retail stores. This position involves developing store strategies aligned with our corporate values and overseeing operational tasks such as opening/closing, inventory management, and visual merchandising. The ASM collaborates with team members to meet store goals and supports team development. Weekly hours are adjusted to 32 or fewer based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve personal and store sales goals, lead by example, and foster sales skill development among team members.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue while providing an outstanding customer experience and maintaining KPIs.
• Collect and manage client information, including contact details.
• Identify customer needs and resolve concerns promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of store merchandise, pricing, and layout.
