Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Brookfield, Missouri to support store operations, customer service, and team development.

You will assist with day-to-day activities, organize merchandise, and help supervise store associates while maintaining a safe, friendly environment. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and experience in a retail, grocery, or drug store setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and stock, handle payroll and scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean and stocked store areas to company standards.
• Protect and secure store assets including cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures; supervise/train Store Associates.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Ensure store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash; keep areas neat.
