You will supervise daily activities, help customers, and ensure merchandise moves smoothly from delivery to floor while maintaining seasonal displays. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and adherence to policies, with a focus on safety, loss prevention, and a positive environment for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise transfers from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal displays.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, payroll, scheduling, cash deposits, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and secure valuables.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies; support Store Manager in training Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, friendly environment for customers and associates; keep store neat and presentable.
