Responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, payroll and scheduling duties, loss prevention, and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and interpret directives.
• Experience in store management in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform extensive walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and activities.
• Help customers and address questions with a positive approach.
• Organize merchandise and transfer from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise, train, and develop store associates.
• Uphold safety, policies, and loss prevention measures.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and presentable stockroom.
• Handle payroll, scheduling, cash deposits and receipts.
