Dollar Tree Stores in Ham Lake, Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and ensure displays are maintained.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, retail management experience preferred, ability to lift up to 55 lbs, strong communication and teamwork, and a commitment to a safe, friendly shopping environment.

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks commonly required in store operations.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and store fixtures for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect company assets including store cash and comply with policies and safety guidelines.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates.
• Foster a positive, safe, and professional environment for customers and staff.
