Position Overview:

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will be a key member of our growing leadership team. Your responsibilities include supporting a profitable business by creating genuine connections that foster customer loyalty, love of the brand, and strong community engagement. You will partner with your leadership team to make necessary adjustments to drive the business forward and step in on tasks when needed.

• Be a role model for creating personalized connections with customers that drive loyalty and excitement for the brand.
• Observe associate performance on the selling floor and assist to make connections or sales when necessary.
• Help associates enhance each customer interaction by sharing specific actions to improve outcomes.
• Ensure the team meets and exceeds customer expectations and sales goals.
• Own the selling floor and ensure appropriate staffing at all times.
• Plan and execute local community events to increase traffic and sales.
• Follow visual merchandising guidelines, including signage and store cleanliness.
• Manage store inventory accurately, including receiving, transferring, pricing, and product counts.
• Open and close the store following procedures outlined in the Operations P&P Manual.
• Act in alignment with our company values.

Physical Requirements: Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos). Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.

Experience: Some experience in a similar retail scope preferred.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience.

Desired: 2 or more years of experience in similar retail roles preferred.
