Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Hours: 20-30 hours per week (Even split between day and evening shifts)

Pay Range: $18-$22 per hour

Your Role

As a Part-Time Assistant Floor Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during both day and evening shifts. You’ll be responsible for leading the floor team, maintaining service standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience that embodies the warmth and hospitality of Salute Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and Support: Oversee daily operations during your shifts, ensuring that staff are executing their duties efficiently and in line with Salute Market’s high standards.
• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and enhance their overall experience.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the service team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure that all areas of the floor are clean, organized, and well-prepared for service. Monitor and manage inventory levels, including placing orders and tracking supplies as needed.
• Scheduling and Training: Assist in scheduling staff for optimal coverage during peak hours. Participate in the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Problem Solving: Handle any issues that arise during your shifts, from customer complaints to operational challenges, with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure seamless coordination during service.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including both day and evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays as needed.
• Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and handle challenging situations with poise and professionalism.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
