Must have high energy, an approachable, enthusiastic personality and knows how to have fun while maintaining a high volume of business.

Restaurant GM Qualifications

• Well versed in P&L, Labor and all operations management
• Boots on the ground approach to leadership. Passionate and motivated. Inspires team through effective communication and constructive feedback
• Experience in successfully leading a high volume, casual concept. Kitchen manager experience is a huge bonus!
• Minimum 4 years as a GM
• MUST have some experience in catering sales, being as this is a huge part of business
