Job summary

Cambridge Real Estate Services is seeking a part-time property management professional to oversee daily activities such as leasing, collections, resident relations and maintenance at our site in Bend, Oregon. The role may require working from the site management office and occasional after-hours emergency support.

The ideal candidate has experience in real estate or property management, a customer-focused mindset, and a neat, professional appearance.

Job description

Would you like to make a difference and be a team member at one of Central Oregon’s premier property management companies? If so, and you are an experienced, energetic, and talented professional we would like you on our team! This position is part-time, 16hrs per week.

Summary

In this position you will help to provide oversight for the daily activities of including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, general office administration and policy & procedure compliance. Although living onsite may or may not be required, working from the site management office is a requirement.

Duties

• Contribute to the supervision and oversight of administrative, marketing and maintenance staff
• Monitor condition of property to provide proactive maintenance services
• Supervise and coordinate vendors including landscapers, turnover services, technicians
• Oversee capital projects
• Provide effective resident relations
• Monitor and manage resident payment practices

Qualifications

• Some Experience in the Field of Real Estate, Resort Management, Retail or Property Manager experience is helpful
• Affordable housing experience preferredGeneral understanding of property management and the financial aspects

• Ability to work the schedule outlined below as well as some after-hours emergency support
