Required Qualifications/skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience leading people

Pay rate: $19.48/hour.

Time-Off Support

A Typical Shift

You’ll arrive at the Recreation Center or Outdoor Pool and connect briefly with the Pool Manager and on‑duty team to confirm the day’s needs. Between assisting with coverage adjustments and checking that logs and forms are up to date, you’ll stay visible on deck and at the front counter—answering patron questions, helping resolve minor issues, and keeping communication clear between staff. As the day moves, you’ll shift between office tasks and facility walkthroughs, staying attentive to changing conditions, weather, and activity levels. You’ll finish by helping ensure notes are handed off cleanly for the next shift so operations stay consistent from open to close.

Salary: $19.48 - $20.67 per hour
