You will lead by example, deliver excellent customer service, and support daily store operations while learning through hands-on guidance from experienced personnel.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Recommend products and add-on sales.
• Merchandising and compliance with company policies.
• Set promotional signage.
• Assist with stocking and retrieval from stockroom.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Train newly hired associates and staff.
• Direct sales and cashier associates across the store.
• Inventory control and loss-prevention enforcement.
