As a BoxLunch Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll be a key part of our success by supporting the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience, ensuring that fans can get their hands on the merchandise they love. You’ll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and support daily operations and sales targets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customers to return, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Support store operations by stepping in when needed, including covering the sales floor and assisting the management team.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including store keys management.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales through programs like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Communicate shortages or overages to the Store Manager.
• Understand store sales goals, KPIs such as UPT and ADT, and contribute to achieving them.
• Assist with planogram updates, store layouts, and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trend insights to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure security.
• Maintain organized stock rooms and keep the store tidy.
• Contribute to building a passionate and collaborative team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• At least 1 year of retail experience. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay rate: $17.20 - $19.75 per hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
