We’re looking for music and pop culture fans to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, training new recruits, and assisting with daily operations to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing an engaging shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty
• Supporting store operations and stepping in for management when needed
• Opening and closing the store as required
• Processing transactions and promoting sales using your fandom knowledge
• Understanding sales goals and KPIs such as UPT and ADT
• Assisting with store layout and merchandising updates
• Communicating fashion and music trends to management and HQ
• Ensuring store security and preventing theft
• Maintaining organized stock rooms and store cleanliness
• Building a passionate, collaborative team

Qualifications:
