We’re looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, training new team members, and assisting with daily operations and sales targets.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing an engaging shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty.
• Supporting store operations, including opening and closing the store.
• Processing sales transactions and promoting add-on sales.
• Understanding sales goals and KPIs.
• Assisting with merchandise displays and store layout.
