Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily store operations at our Thibodaux location. You will drive customer service, train Team Members, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced pizza environment.

The role requires scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays, with opportunities for leadership development through RPM Pizza College and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate store equipment including ovens and food prep tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
