Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Store Associates; ensure a safe, respectful environment.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Protect company assets including store cash.
• Follow policies, safety guidelines, and directives.
• Handle customer inquiries with a focus on service excellence.
