Job summary

Mathnasium seeks motivated individuals to join our centers as part-time staff, helping students succeed in mathematics using the Mathnasium Method. You will assess needs, develop learning plans, and engage families while supporting sales through enrollments.

You will teach in-center, online, or via hybrid delivery, mentor staff, and contribute to a positive, supportive classroom culture. Prior math proficiency through Algebra I and computer skills are expected.

• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Ability to balance education and sales responsibilities.
• Strong math competency through Algebra I.
• Proficiency in computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing learning plans.
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement during sessions.
• Mentor and support employee development with on-the-job training.
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
