Rutgers University-Camden seeks an Assistant Coach to join the Athletics & Recreation Service. You will assist in all aspects of coaching the sport, guiding, educating, developing and recruiting student-athletes to reach their fullest potential while upholding academic standards.

The role emphasizes compliance with University, NCAA, ECAC, and NJAC rules. This part-time position reports to the Head Coach and requires prior coaching or mentoring experience with on/off-field strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a coaching, mentoring, teaching capacity.
• Familiar with strategies both on and off the field.
