Job summary

Muse Paintbar in Milford, CT is seeking a dynamic Art Instructor for part-time sessions. You’ll lead painting events on stage, guide beginners, manage timing, and ensure guests enjoy food and drinks. Two hours, one canvas, a room ready to create a memorable painting experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of painting experience, teaching or leading groups, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. Some evenings and weekends required; 21+ with TIPS/ServSafe training a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on painting experience, acrylics preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related art field preferred.
• Experience teaching or leading a group preferred.
• Strong communication and service instinct.

Responsibilities

• Lead painting sessions on stage, guiding participants.
• Ensure food and drinks land with guests during the event.
• Keep the room engaged and the session on schedule.
• Assist with seating, setup, and attendee check-ins.
• Capture photos for social media when appropriate.
