Qualifications

• At least 1 year of corrections, law enforcement, military experience or a criminal justice degree.
• Armed guard card may be required depending on state/licensing.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by enforcing security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of residential areas, entrances, parking and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and coordinate with responders as needed.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations to leadership and site management.
