Job summary

Allied Universal in Orlando, FL is seeking a Part-Time Armed Security Officer to provide visible presence, monitor access points, deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service to guests, staff, and performers at a premier performing arts venue. You will conduct armed patrols, respond to incidents calmly, complete incident reports, and uphold site policies and safety procedures.

A minimum of 1 year armed security experience and a valid CPO certification are required, with state

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• CPO certification required.
• Armed guard card/license required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, performers, staff, and visitors while following site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points, public areas, backstage spaces, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with venue personnel and responders as needed.
• Conduct regular armed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Maintain incident reports and patrol documentation per procedures.
